Passed the config, failed the TS, need your help guys.

Hi guys,

I just got my results, passed the config and failed the TS, still "shaking".

I have a question: during the TS I had some issues with the debugging,
basically I didn't see any debug output on the related devices. I double
checked the "logging console", I made sure I was connected through the
console, I turned on the right debugging. I reloaded related devices through
the GUI, turned the debugging back on didn't help. That debugging issue had
a huge impact on my performance and I'm positive that if it was working the
result would be different. It happened somewhere in the middle of the TS
and it really messed my brain.

Is there is any chance that cisco's ccie support will listen to it?
