CCIE SP: PPPoA dynamic IP

I have try to allocate a IP address to the ppp-client (R2) from a local
pool on the server (R1)

Question 1: Is it expected NOT to seethe dialer and pool-memer commands in
the config ?
Question 2: Why does client not get IP from pool ?

Any hint or correct config example ?

 ip address negotiated
 encapsulation ppp
 dialer pool 1

interface ATM3/0.2 point-to-point
 ip router isis
 no atm enable-ilmi-trap
 mpls ip
 pvc 3/201
  encapsulation aal5snap --> configured ppp dialer and dialer
pool-member but this is not show in config ..???
