That's right, but as I wrote - there is no tie breaker. However, more
specific information will win. That is, if you have AutoRP information
for 224.0.0.0/8 and BSR for 239.1.2.3, BSR-learned information for
239.1.2.3 will be used. In a case of the equal-length match, the last
learned will be used.
