BSR and Auto-RP together

Hi All,

Please, could somebody clarify for me what is a logic of electing RP in case
when we have Auto-RP and BSR protocols both together enabled in the domain?
Is there any mechanism like AD is in Unicast routing which will be a
tiebreaker? Testing in the lab shows that election via autorp is winning
however election mechanism itself is not clear for me.
