ccie materials from A to Z

 Hi Team,

i am an old CCNP, from 2001

my budget is low,

1- i need the best materials out there from A to Z for RS ccie, up to date,
and able to update if anything changes with lab during my study.

2-i need the least expensive remote lab to do may labs, i can not afford to
buy a rack now,
or if all the labs can be done using a software, please share that info too.
