Decreased speed through Firewall

Hi All

I have one FWSM in my network that do NAT ,

When i use private IP ( Not NATTed ) that will bypass the firewall i have
about 400mbps throughput but when I use NATTed IP and go through firewall my
speed decreased to 200mbps.

Is it normal FWSM behaviour or is there an issue ?
