I understand how it can be difficult to get concentrated when studying
alone. Anything can be a reason to waste time: coffee every hour, checking
your favorite news portal etc...

I personally have a kitchen timer on my desk. I crank it for one hour and
start labbing. I know that I have no right to do anything else until timer
rings. If I feel sharp after one hour I crank it for another hour, if not I
take 5 minutes break.

Hi Gang,
Weired question, sorry for my neglegency but just wanted to hear how anyone
else have managed with this.

My lab is in less than 2 months and I have addiction to pornos.
Everyday when I get home and start studying, I try not to go onto these
website (such as xtube, and u know what I mean) but I end up with wasting a
few hours.
If I go and check those website before I study, then I may concentrate okay
for the next 3-5 hours. Again there is no gaurantee, sometime in middle of
the study I would again sneak into these sites and kill my time.

Any tips would be appreciated and I am sure I am not alone.
