Thanks for your great answer, it helped me very well.
I did as you told, I made 1 router as a frame-relay switch and made
connecting all the routers to it including BB1 and R6 and I treated BB1 as a
normal router connected to the frame relay switch.

Mine are combined, but you can separate them if you like.
