intel I7 processor recommended temperature

Hi GS,

I bought a Win BOX with i7 processor couple weeks ago. But this processor
produces lot of heat. I checked the core's temperature with some
applications and all 4 cores shows
temp between 70 - 71 C whether I run dynamips or not.
Is it safe to use my PC with this higher temperature ? What is the
recommended temperature? .

any input will be highly appreciated !!!
