  We engaged Cisco initially and they were very helpful but couldn't
give us the dirt we needed. It wasn't until we engaged Verizon that we
started getting real answers. Now, we are fortunate enough to have those
relationships available when we need them. Big dog with a big bark. So
that's the only reason we were able to work it out in a timely manner.
