Tool or any method to know whether ISP really giving full 50MB

Hello Friends,

Our Internet leased line total Bandwidth has been increased from 20MB to
50MB , Can any one

Please tell me how to check this by using any tool or any method to know
whether ISP really giving full 50MB Bandwidth as throughput.

Can i test this from router itself using any method?.
