Depends. I've been unable to get some of the linksys 1000 Base-T working
even with disabling the "err disable" functions for SFPs, and and setting
service unsupported-transceiver, and upgrading the IOS code. Your better off
buying Cisco 3rd party approved SFPs if you want it to work 100% of the
time.
