BGP transport connection-mode passive

 I can't determin from the debug if the peering is initiated from the device
that should be passive or not.

192.13.46.6 is configured with neigh 192.16.46.10 transport connection-mode
passive
192.13.46.10 is only configured with a peering command.

So the passive command must go on the device you do not want to initiate the
peering. Right?
