Hi,
Here is the basic difference.

LLQ: packet will be given bandwidth and priority. Bandwidth will be
specified in the priority command. Priority means priority packets will
be dequeued first from the queue.

CBWFQ: bandwidth will be given specified in bandwidth command but no
priority will be given.

WRED: qos will drop some of the packets based on a threshold level so
that tail drop does not happen.
