OTV and STP Loops

Experts,

i dont have hands on for OTV and from documents it is not sure if my setup
would work without any loop in the network

SW1===pure L2====SW2====OTV L2=====SW3
||===============OTV L2===============||

--or--

 SW1===OTV L2====SW2====OTV L2=====SW3
||===============OTV L2===============||

It is hypothetical situation where a new data center is built (SW3 N7K),
only one 65K upgraded to N7K at SW2 Data Center, and SW1 Data Cnter will be
decommmision after server migrated to new data center.
