Hi Prashant,
This beast is a little bit different compared to other foundry switches.
You can do OOB or inband management to switch.

For OOB:

enable
erase startup-config

config t
interface management 1
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
enable

then enable the telnet server

config t
telnet server

I am assuming you're running BASE image.
