OT:Wireless Problem APs 1242 with Controller and Motorolla

Dear Experts,

I have a basic knowledge regarding wireless, and I am facing a problem in a
warehouse where I have 1242 AG APs associated to a controller. The customer
is using Motorolla 9090. The machine gets very close to the AP and still the
signal is giving good, when he uses a linksys AP which is just a rogue AP he
gets a better performance and an excellent signal..

Can you please give me suggestions on how to improve/troubleshoot this
issue?
