OT: Router issue

Hello GS,

I need someone to please help me, I have a 36xx router but it cannot boot to the
normal prompt, i.e. user mode, it boots to ROM 1>

I have tired all I know but the issues still persist. Can someone please help me
with documentation which will help me resolve this issue.
