How much dirty is migration of CSM to ACE

Hi All

I have a pair of 6500's with CSM load balancer configured as mirrored.
They do LB for 1200 very important business servers in bank
production network.
We need to migrate the CSM configuration to ACE load balancer blade on
the same 6500.
I know the tool to do the configration migration in cisco site but
lots of people do not trust it completely. I m also hearing from
engineers it's a very complicated task to do this migration for
production network

My question is

1- any one could send a full detail migration document for a similar
task and not a new deployment. Cisco site has some postings bug not a
full document migration plane
2- what are the risk and things needed to be considered/taken care of
in order to have a successful configs
3- is there a way to do this migration without a service interruption
to the server
4- since I will be switching the CSM blade to ace blade I believe I
have to impact all the servers at once ? Is that correct or I can
divide the amount of servers impacted by the switching to ACE in order
to minimise risk

Thanks so much
Cheers
Bert
