I can see the same CLI present in ISRs as well .
I am using c2811 presently and it can be seen there :

R1(config)#ipv6 unicast-routing
R1(config)#ipv6 router eigrp 10
R1(config-rtr)#def
R1(config-rtr)#default?
default default-information default-metric

R1(config-rtr)#do sh ver | inc IOS
Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVENTERPRISEK9_SNA-M),
Version 12.4(20)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
R1(config-rtr)#
