Probably it's a bit late.
FR is no longer a "major" R&S topic, it's not even a major WAN technology in
many countries either. Anyway, ages a ago Ciscopress published a nice book
(see below)- you might enjoy it; having said that; you can spend your time
on more important technologies (not only in terms of the test but also real
world jobs).
