OSPF Stuck in Condition

Dear All,

I want to get more understanding on the OSPF stuck in ????
I want to reproduce this condition in the lab

Anyone know the sample configurations (networks) or URL reference to get the
condition of

1. OSPF stuck in ATTEMPT
2. OSPF stuck in INIT
3. OPSF stuck in 2-WAY
4. OSPF stuck in EXSTART/EXCHANGE
5. OSPF stuck in LOADING
