The best way to do it is first de-associate all interface which has the RD
that you want to remove.
De-associate BGP peering if there is any (remove vpnv4 enteries from BGP
as#).

The paste from text file.

Certainly you'd not want to do all these thing at the last hour of your lab.
It mangles everything.
The IOS lab is running has bug - that means BGP module and RD module are not
sync properly and can eailyl give you unexpected results.
