No requirements for MPLS and L2TPv3.

For MFR

frame-relay switching

!

interface MFR1

 encapsulation frame-relay

 frame-relay route 102 interface MFR2 201

!

interface MFR2

encapsulation frame-relay

 frame-relay route 201 interface MFR1 102

!

int s0/0/0

 encapsulation frame-relay mfr1

 frame-relay intf-type dce

 clock rate 4000000

int s0/0/1

 encapsulation frame-relay mfr1

 frame-relay intf-type dce

 clock rate 4000000

!

int s0/1/0

 encapsulation frame-relay mfr2

 frame-relay intf-type dce

 clock rate 4000000

int s0/1/1

 encapsulation frame-relay mfr2

 frame-relay intf-type dce

 clock rate 4000000

This is not going to work on the OLD 2500's. You need a 2600 or better to
do the above.

There is no special config for MFR on the frame switch? How would you setup
the same frame route on multiple interfaces with a matching MFR config on
the FR switch? Am I just making this harder than it needs to be?

What are you wanting to know how to do. How to configure MFR on the frame
switch? There are no requirements for configuring the functions for the
protocols you suggest.
