INE Workbook VOL II

Just a quick question on the INE labs for R&S Vol II.

When these were designed, were they designed to be completed in 5.5
hours or 6. I know when they were released the Core knowledge section
was still around and the actual lab was 5.5 hours.

Just want to know what I should be aiming for (other than taking my time
and learning the technologies, Ive done that)!!!!
