Help Voice Experts!! QSIG Decode command

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if this command is IOS or platform dependant. I'm
running IOS 12.4 (c7200-jk9s-mz.124-25b) and I can't see this command on my
router, and yet it's in the Cisco documentation !!

Unless there is another way of doing this, I'm running a Cisco GW in between
an Ericsson PBX and a Avaya Communications Manager, the problem now is
parsing the Caller ID between the two phone systems.
