ISIS - Level-1 Default route through summary address

Hi Experts,

I am using "Summary-address 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 level-1" command under router
isis to advertise default route in level, but its not working. Is this
supported in IOS. I am using 12.3-T11 on my routers.

*Topology*

 R5----R4-------R1-------R3

 Link between R4 nd R1 is Level-2 only

Link R5R4 and R1----R3 are level-1 only.

 Want to have communication between Level-1 areas. So used Summary-address
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 level-1 to advertise default route in level-1, but its not
advertising the default route into level-1.Even this default route is not
sent into LSP.
