Hi,
I have access to at least three of the above, namely INE, Narbik and
IPexpert.

INE
This is called one of the best study material. ALMOST every passing student
is recommending them. According to my limited experience and knowledge,
strength of the INE emerges from the strategy that no product is ever
complete. They are always releasing few updates to almost every product they
offer. Their workbooks, COD, OLS (open lecture series) and a wide range of
products are more than enough to pass the lab. Only issue or biggest benefit
is that their material is more than required. They cover almost every aspect
of the CCIE R&S.
Sales and technical teams are always available along with instructors
personal mentoring facilities. Their 5.0 program is highly recommended.

They offer free updates for life time.

Narbik

I am currently doing vol-1 lab from Narbik workbook, with my experience i
can tell you He is one with very different approach. That kind of approach
have not been seen with INE or IPexpert. His vol-1 workbook ( i have only
this at this time) is a series of small labs, and he teaches you every thing
inside out for a particular technology, while consuming less time and
resources. He mostly enhance his study material with bootcamps. He is not
offering any kind of audio / video sessions. His prices are very flexible,
in the price of bootcamp you get every thing from him. He is 360 vendor
also. A good teacher and helping person.

His bootcamps retakes are 100% free of charge for life time :)

IPexpert

Like INE, IPexpert is also offering full end to end program, they call it
BLS (Blended learning solution). It is composed of workbooks, audio and
video series. They also offer a wide range of products but not as many as
INE. I am presently listening Audio class and Video Class on Demand. Their
approach is to the point. Audio class is well composed. Unfortunately, i
have not gone through their workbooks until now. But i hope soon will be
doing then may be able to provide feed back on their workbooks.

Tyson, Marko and Wayne are very active instructors and mostly they provide
help on one to one basis.

All three companies have their benefits and few drawbacks. Best approach is
to choose more than one vendor. This gives a lot more bigger play ground for
more fun.
