OT: Making training material for CCNA?

Somebody has asked if I could provide some CCNA level training to
aspiring network bods within my organisation, which on a personal note
I would find very rewarding.

As there is so much material to cover and the structure of the
training is just as important as the content I was wondering how to
best to develop the material, ie follow a standard set of documents
(like slides and exercises) from Cisco, or just print of the CCNA
blueprint and work through it with appropriate activities?
