The command you used will alter the administrative distance for all routes learned from the source.

Is 10.1.34.3 the OSPF router-id for the source of the OSPF routes? Also, what does access-list 11 contain?

I replicated this command in my lab and verified that is does function properly.

As you see below I have changed ospf distance to 115 and then some routes
have been deleted and then added again.But finally in the routing table the
AD for ospf routes are the same as ospf usual AD 110.Did I do something
wrong?
