OT: Recertification

Hi,

I apologize for the OT question but wanted to find out when any of you guys
take the exam to recertify what kind of deadline do you give yourselves to
do it before the recertification date is upon you?

I only ask as mine is very early next year....I know it's still a way off
yet but in a way I'd like to get it done and dusted so that I can start
another track and give it the attention it deserves rather than try to rush
it before my recertification date.
