Cisco 3825 - Console Port Not Responding

Hi All,

I have a Cisco 3825 router which does boot up but I cannot log on via the
console port.

I've alway logged on to this router via console port but it just stopped
working today.

Does anyone know how I can recover this console port/Router ?
