Ahmed,
The command below changes the ip address of lo in Ubuntu to whatever
IP you desire. If you want to "add" an IP (think Secondary in IOS talk) you
do it with this;
From the CLI:
sudo ifconfig lo add 2.2.2.2 netmask 255.255.255.252

So someone suggest me to use ubuntu instead of windows for gns3.
Now ... how can I change the ip address of lo interface in ubuntu 10.4.
As i cannot set cisco interface to be 127.x.x.x to simulate terminal

kinda urgent .. as i need to get "sh conf" , " conf t " as soon as
possible
