I would say generally no, not every single command is going to be covered in the configuration guide. Every single possible command that could be used is usually not covered in the configuration guides. That is the reason we have the command reference : )

neighbor discovery on the Confguration Guide for 12.4T.
e.g

ipv6 nd ra interval

I cant seem to find them.
