Regarding loopbacks .... you should be told explicitly .. which
routing process u need to include them .... We are not suppose to
redistribute un-necessry connections etc .
For router-id ; if exam states to choose a router-id ... go ahead ..
else let the router choose the router-id .

Yes . .... you need to do switching before going onto any other task
.... how will u make routing to run unless your underlying l2 is up
and fine .
GIve a good 15-20 mins in start of exam to read full exam .. to draw
figures ... to figure out routing paths , switching daigram etc
