Several small questions

Hi Experts,
I have small several questions that have some confusion on
1 - How to calculate Be in rate limit or frame relay shaping?
2 - During CCIE lab, loopback will be included on which routing process (if we
have several) & if not stated and do we need to redistribute connected links
if also not stated.
3 - For DHCP pools: if we have two routers connected to same DHCP pool (no
VRRP) which router is used as default gateway for subnet (any?)
4 - When is it a must to use router-id for OSPF and router-id for BGP?
5 - What is the best way to be fast in lab (like solve common switching
questions at same time? )
