The formula is correct, The 0 or 1 mean will be calculated in the formula or
will not be calculated all the 0 values will be ignored from calculations
and not actually calculate 0*K(x).
if K1=K3=1 mean that only
EIGRP Metric = 256*((K1*Bw) + (K3*Delay)) = 256 *(BW+Delay)
