EIGRP metrics on Doc CD

Hello,

Is this formula for EIGRP metrics correct? I found it while on Doc CD, link
below.

EIGRP Metric = 256*((K1*Bw) + (K2*Bw)/(256-Load) +
(K3*Delay)*(K5/(Reliability + K4)))

I think it is wrong because:
a) assuming defaults: K1=K3=1 and K2=K4=K5=0, only bandwidth will be
considered.
b) number of left and right parenthesis does not match

Can someone point me to correct formula, preferably accessible from DOC CD
main page. I just do not feel like memorizing that.
