New CCIE Plaque design????

So today I FINALLY received my CCIE plaque (apparently, the first one got
lost in the mail or so I'm told). I was a bit surprised because it doesn't
look at all like I was expecting it too. IMHO, it actually looks cool. I
was expecting it to look like this:

Did I just miss the news of the new plaque???
