That's an OER/PfR version incompatibility (bug because it doesn't tell you why) when your MC doesn't support the OER/PfR version the BR is trying to use. GradedLabs has 12.4T (1800s) as 4/5/6, and only 12.4 (2600s) as 1/2/3. Move the MC to R5 and everything will work fine.
