You can use the RDMB Sync option to export and import a lot of the
information between the two versions. There is still going to be some
manual footwork involved but this is the best option I am aware of.

Subject: OT: ACS migration 3.2 -> 4.2
Hi folks,
We have an ACS appliance on ver 3.2 and have to migrate to a new appliance
running ver 4.2
I've played around a little and realised that you cannot backup from 3.2 and
restore to 4.2.
You also cannot set up DB replication between 2 ACS on different versions.
Has anybody done this before and is there an easy way out?
I'd appreciate if somebody can point me in the right direction.
