What is the current IVE OS? IVE OS 6.5R2 or higher is recommended for
Win7 support.

There are some caveats pertaining to Win7 64-bit client. It is not
fully supported.

Can you ask your client to use the 32-bit IE browser and give a try?
Every Win7 client
has dual IE browsers (32/64-bit).
