That's true for client support. But there was a specific "feature" with
the hostchecker/AV options and a few combinations of operating
systems/versions/bit-levels. Those have been resolved in 6.5R4.
It's in the release notes!

Every Win7 client
has dual IE browsers (32/64-bit).
