Walekumus salaam ,

Faisal , Vlans are broadcast domains in switched network regardless of their
physical location (Core switch or access switch) and If I understood your
question correctly ,your DHCP server is in VLAN 1 and all other clients are
in x,y,z vlans.

1)Do "no ip directed-broadcast" on Vlan 1
2)Configure ip helper address on client side vlans x,y,z
