Mate,
if you have a default config including default credentials to log in on
them APs and get IP addresses assigned via DHCP, you can consider using
SecureCRT script to connect to them one by one in a loop and apply
configs you have handy.

Check SecureCRT scripting on Google or on VanDyke home page.
