What's funny is that market didn't seem to like thats Cisco's
announcement! ;) Also, I'm curious whether Cisco "updated" the config
portion to add content for the "extra" 30 minutes people get starting
May 10th. Or it's just a nice little advantage that students taking
the lab next week get :)

As for the troubleshooting section, I sincerely hope to see it
becoming dynamic and generated per-student. The existing
"non-overlapping" ticket format perfectly allows for that. Needless to
mention that would be more than enough to overcome the exam
braindumping issues.
