I had a hard time hearing what was being said due to some heavy breathing in the phone, someone giving directions, someone else was talking loudly

I heard the same thing. The problem is, I vaguely remember them
talking about it, but I was updating OSL at that time with the
information and I wasn't 100% focused on what was being said on the
call (it was one of those marketing sections about stuff that looks
great in PowerPoint).
