1. Any body knows if SP OEQ is gone?
2. Please send me any reference URL to what cisco describing the
troubleshooting will be
3. Would troubleshooting beore like misconfig problem or I should open
debugging type of question or they will trigger a crash in cisco
router using a well known bug for example :-)) I just saying what
will be the preparation level for troubleshooting
