RE: R&S OEQ's are GONE!!

I agree as well. If you're in the heat of the moment and troubleshooting you
should know at least what would be covered in OEQs. You're not likely to have
a manager standing over you saying "answer me these questions 4" while things
are broken. It does happen but usually if you get things fixed they prefer
that :)
