Just wondering, will below case#1 and case2 do the same thing?

Case#1

ip nat inside source static 10.1.1.1 60.1.1.1 route-map RED
route-map RED permit 10
set vrf RED

Vs

Case#2

ip nat inside source static 10.1.1.1 60.1.1.1 vrf RED

Question#2

ip nat source static 192.168.123.1 192.168.125.10 vrf service

what does here services keyword in the above line does?
